This is Pablo, the Koala Bear
Pablo’s hobbies are celebrating birthdays with his friends, drinking soda and having fun in the sun at the beach. Pablo also loves to travel and is always accompanied by his two friends – Apix, the cockatoo and Tono, the woodpecker.
Pablo loves cameras, and everything you can use to take pictures and videos. He always takes his camera with him to shoot exciting pictures and videos and capture his most exciting and colourful journeys with his friends. That’s why he’s happy to help you with your photo adventure!
Shutter button to take photos
“Hello, I am Pablo and I would like to show you what the KiddyPix cameras can do!
Here I show you the shutter button on your camera. It is located on top, directly above the handle, so that your little fingers can reach it without any problems.
You can quickly and easily take cool photos and videos – with your friends and family – just like me on my trips and adventures with my friends”.

The photo countdown
“Every Kiddypix children’s camera also has a countdown function – it’s called a ‘self-timer’. If the self-timer is switched on, a photo will be taken automatically after a certain time (e.g. after 10 seconds).
This gives you and your friends enough time to get into position together without one of you having to take the photo. You just put the camera down and it takes the picture automatically. So everyone can be in the picture!”
The lens captures your photos
“Here in the front you will find the camera lens. It’s job is to take the photos and videos. It captures everything you aim the camera at.
Please remember that the lens prefers to take photos and videos in daylight – the brighter it is outside, the better your photos and videos will look. So you will always have the best pictures and videos, to admire afterwards.”
Cool Selfies
“Not only can you take cool photos, but selfies too!
Because some Kiddypix cameras feature a second lens on the back of the camera above the screen you can take selfies of yourself and your friends without having to turn the camera around. Just look at the lens on the back and see your image on the colour display. How cool is that?”
Zoom: Get closer or further away
“KiddyPix kids cameras have a lot of great features! Among them is the ‘zoom’ function. Zoom ‘in’ to get closer to things when taking pictures or zoom ‘out’ to move further away from them at the touch of a button.”
